Alex Constantine is an impeccable researcher who has written extensively on the subject of mind control, including books such as Psychic Dictatorship in the USA, Virtual Government: CIA Mind Control Operations in America, and The Covert War against Rock: What you don’t know about the deaths of Jim Morrison, Tupac Shakur, Michael Hutchence, Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Phil Ochs, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, John Lennon, and The Notorious B.I.G.

On his website the Constantine Report, in an article titled, Fascists in White Coats: The CIA’s Dr. Louis Jolyon West & the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, Constantine writes: “In 1972, Dr. Louis J. West (deceased), a ranking CIA psychiatrist (also a director of the “conservative” American Family Foundation and the False Memory Syndrome Foundation, an organization founded by pedophile apologists that marginalizes victims of ritual abuse and libels their advocates) with an obsessive interest in mind control, proposed experimenting on the brains of blacks and Latinos (to determine why these minorities are “prone to violence”), prisoners, women and children at a secret psychiatric unit at an abandoned Nike missile base in the mountains near UCLA.” (126)

In 1990, Dr. Louis West, M.D., gave a speech on cults, cited in Operation Mind Control: “It is estimated that there are more than 2500 cults in the United States. Ten different varieties can be identified, but most of them are religious or mystical. All share certain characteristics that differentiate them from religious sects on the one hand, counter-culture communes on the other. Some cults appear to be relatively benign. Others harmful, some deadly.

“Under certain conditions, people can be deliberately manipulated, influenced and controlled to a considerable degree, even to their detriment, and induced to express beliefs and exhibit behaviors far different from what their lives up to then would have logically or reasonably predicted. Furthermore, persons in such situations may suffer harm – psychological, physical, financial and other – as a consequence of their having been thus manipulated, influenced and controlled.

“Such words as brainwashing, thought reform, coercive persuasion, and the more ominous sounding “mind-control” are often employed to account for the domination and manipulation by some cults of their members. Roughly one-third of the people who leave cults, either voluntarily or through the efforts of concerned family members, will exhibit some kind of psychopathology.”

Dr. West was the chief architect of the Center for the Study and Reduction of Violence as Director of the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute. In Samuel Chavkin’s work, The Mind Stealers, Psychosurgery and Mind Control, the author writes: “The center was to be set up to develop “behavioral indicators, profiles, biological correlates,” to assist “school administrators, law enforcement personnel and governmental departments” to detect and control “overt expression of life-threatening behavior by identifiable individuals and groups.” (127)

“In explaining the work of the center, Dr. West said that ‘in some patients, outbursts of uncontrolled rage have definitely been linked to abnormal electrical activity in deeply buried areas of the brain … For many years, neurologists have measured the electrical activity of the brain with electrodes attached to the scalp … Now by implanting tiny electrodes deep within the brain, electrical activity can be followed in areas that cannot be measured from the surface of the scalp.’

“The future looked even more promising, Dr. West declared. It is even possible to record bioelectrical changes in the brains of freely moving subjects, through the use of remote monitoring techniques’.” (128)

Working with groups like the False Memory Syndrome Foundation serves someone like Dr. West very well. West testified at the trial of Jack Ruby, concerning the state of mind of Ruby at the time of the assassination. False Memory Syndrome was often used to claim that memories someone had concerning an event were not in fact real, when many times, they were in fact real, and perpetuated by the US military and secret organizations involved in mind control, cult programing and child abuse.

According to Bowart in Operation Mind Control: “ The cryptocracy most likely funneled money into the organization (FMSF) and otherwise supported it, probably for the purpose of keeping secrets such as Project Monarch and discrediting mind control “slaves” who knew where the bones were buried. As far as anyone can tell, the FMSF’s reason for being was to testify in court against people who were remembering their abuse as children. The FMSF was not interested in discovering proofs and descriptions which would help therapists identify the alleged “syndrome” it had created.” (129)

    Shaman Aliens

Graham Hancock, in his book Supernatural, states: “Now, as I write these words after completing my research, my lack of belief in physical, extraterrestrial explanations for UFOs and aliens, and my intuition that they must be visionary phenomena, has hardened into something close to a certainty.” (130)
